Delivery :We deliver order by DHL shipping company to any European address from our European office in Luxembourg.Shipping costs are according to price shipping company.
We also are open to other delivery options and are ready discuss it individually.
How we work?
Acquaintance and measurements
- We get to the site to take measurements.- We get acquainted with the light, design or visualisation of the future interior, your staff ect. - We discuss your desire and agree the budget and deadlines.
Textile solutions and contract
- We offer technical solutions (what curtain rods to choose, with an automatic curtain system or without it, whether you need blinds, etc.)- We create textile design and choose fabrics. - We agree the budget, deadline and terms and conditions.- We make contract and invoice.
Order processing
- We start order processing after pre-payment have been made.- We sew textiles and make embroidery.- We provide additional services: ironing, hang curtains, install curtain rods and others.
Finally
- We provide the information on how to care for textiles.- Full payment.
